What is The Neighbourhood Association?

The Neighbourhood Association is a musical project set up by one man to collaborate with other musicians he's met and played with. People who can elevate the songs he's written to be much more than he can achieve alone.

 

The song is everything for The Neighbourhood Association, which sounds pretentious. But the amateur quality of the recordings hopefully shows it's not pretension but instead an enthusiasm for creativity over product.
